This picture put us on the front of the Daily Press around 1980. Charlie had bought about 300 wooden assorted chairs from an antique dealer in Pennsylvania. It took him a while to tie all these on but it was a lot of fun sorting them out. We now have a closed in box truck to haul our wares in but at the time an open pickup was all we had. Charlie was the best open pickup packer there was! The sky was the limit. Although he lost 2 chairs on the George Washington Bridge in New York City one time, they were smashed to bits but nobody got hurt!
